Job summary
The Structures Company is seeking a Systems Engineer 4 in Seal Beach, CA. This contract role with a 12-month term offers a pay rate of $95.50/hour and requires an active Top Secret clearance.
You will lead ground and system level verification, write detailed ICDs, and manage system requirements, risks, and test results for space-based programs. Responsibilities include executing test plans, supporting ConOps and product development, and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure system
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret clearance is required to start.
- Typically, 9+ years of related work experience.
- Experience with space systems and multi-discipline teams.
- Experience with Ops Product architecture, design, development, and test.
- Experience with software requirements verification testing.
- Experience with scripting languages including Python, Tcl, and Tk.
- Experience with Config. Management tools and processes.
- Experience with SAFe processes and tools.
Responsibilities
- Leads ground and system level verification, validation, integration, and test for space-based systems.
- Develops and executes test plans, test procedures, and verification reports for system validation.
- Writes requirements and ICDs for ground systems.
- Supports ConOps development and product design, development, and test.
- Resolves cross-functional technical issues across system integration and architecture.
- Develops Ground Segment Operational Products for space-based systems.
