Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8+ years of relevant experience OR
• Master's degree in STEM with 6+ years of relevant experience OR
• PhD in STEM with 4+ years of relevant experience
• Strong background in systems engineering including architectural studies, requirements & interface management, hardware/software integration, and test planning/execution.
• Experience in spacecraft/space system integration & test, launch, and/or mission operations.
• US Citizenship with active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead program technical execution following Systems Engineering processes and best practices.
• Coordinate Platform, Payload, and Launch Vehicle Interfaces to meet requirements.
• Serve as primary technical interface for customers, program management, and engineering teams.
• Perform comprehensive technical planning and analyses from concept to disposal.
• Mentor and guide junior staff while driving major program milestones and reviews.
• Drive testing strategies to verify spacecraft functionality and survivability.
