Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• More than 1 year of experience following written and verbal work instructions.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs or more and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical assembly of PCB assemblies into product chassis.
• Assemble electro-mechanical assemblies by interpreting blueprints, drawings, and written procedures.
• Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail.
• Use precision calibrated tools—torque wrenches, micrometers and calipers.
• Perform visual inspection of electro-mechanical assemblies to drawings and specifications.
• Ensure product quality and conformance to specifications.
• Document non-conformances and rework/repair.
• Soldering and reworking of through-hole and SMT components.
• Support conformal coat, masking, epoxy application and coating.
• Other duties as assigned.
