Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation invites undergraduates to join the Electrical Design Implementation section in the Sensors and Systems department for a full-time, on-site internship in El Segundo, CA. You will assist with design, testing, and documentation of prototype electrical systems under supervision.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled full-time in an accredited college/university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Availability to work full-time for a minimum of 10 weeks and return to a Bachelor's program after internship.
• Sophomore standing completed by internship start date.
• Knowledge of standard electrical engineering toolkits and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Participate in interdisciplinary teams to build and test prototype systems.
• Review electrical data for standards compliance.
• Support senior staff with documentation and nonconformance resolutions.
• Perform electrical design activities under supervision.
• Create reports and presentations in MS Word/PowerPoint.
