Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation offers an on-site undergraduate electrical engineering internship in El Segundo, CA. You will work within the Electrical Design Implementation team to assist in design and test activities for prototype systems.

You will gain hands-on experience in documentation, data review, and reporting while collaborating with senior engineers. A security clearance and US citizenship are required for eligibility.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled full-time in an accredited college/university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related discipline.
• Sophomore class standing by internship start date.
• Knowledge of standard electrical engineering toolkits.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Participate in interdisciplinary teams supporting build and test of prototype systems.
• Review electrical engineering data for standards compliance.
• Support senior engineers with documentation and nonconformance resolutions.
• Perform electrical design activities under supervision.
• Create reports and presentations in MS Word or PowerPoint.
