The Aerospace Corporation in El Segundo, CA is seeking an experienced Space System Architecture Capability Lead to steer complex space system architectures, lead cross-functional teams, and advance MBSE and DoDAF/UAF methodologies.
In-person role based in El Segundo or Chantilly, VA with travel and Top Secret/SCI clearance required. You will mentor engineers and collaborate with program offices to shape acquisition and technology strategies.
Formación
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field.
- Strong command of systems engineering principles and multi-disciplinary engineering experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional, cross-organizational teams and program management.
Responsabilidades
- Direct complex technical activities and lead multi-disciplinary project teams in space architecture conceptualization and assessment.
- Steer strategy in space system architectures and pursue new business opportunities.
- Lead integration of emerging technologies and industry best practices into space architectures.
