Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Ground IPT Product Manager to lead the integration, test, and delivery of the Ground segment for a next-generation MILSATCOM system. The role requires systems or software engineering background with domain knowledge in ground systems and enterprise test environments.

You will coordinate teams, manage requirements, and advocate MBSE while ensuring compliance with software lifecycle standards in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Systems engineering experience with requirements, CONOPS, ICD, or architecture.
• Detailed knowledge of systems engineering processes.
• Experience with satellite ground systems design, development, integration and test.
• Experience with Space payload and vehicle management for comms missions.
• MBSE experience.
• Experience with MOSA and agile product ownership or management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Ground IPT system/subsystem integration, testing and delivery.
• Oversee software development activities and staff recruitment/assessment.
• Ensure software standards and lifecycle processes are followed across projects.
• Collaborate with engineering disciplines to derive and verify requirements.
