Blue Origin is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I to develop robust manufacturing processes and scalable pipelines supporting the MK2 program. You will standardize workflows, create validation protocols, and collaborate with Product Engineering to translate design into manufacturable solutions.

The role emphasizes Lean/Six Sigma approaches, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional teamwork to ensure production readiness and process excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
0–2 years of manufacturing/industrial engineering experience (internships count).
Understanding of process design, time studies, capacity analysis, and production systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and standardize manufacturing processes and work instructions across product teams.
Create process pipelines from design release through production with validation protocols.
Design workflows, DFx guidelines, and documentation systems for manufacturing.
