Job summary

United Launch Alliance seeks motivated engineering interns for hands-on experience across flight hardware analysis, systems engineering, quality assurance, and manufacturing support. You will assist senior engineers, analyze data, and contribute to launch readiness.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a STEM degree, maintain a 3.0 GPA, and can commit to a full-time Summer 2027 internship of at least 10 weeks. Travel to supplier sites may be required, with postings across AL, CO, and FL locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale at time of application.
• Valid driver's license and motorized vehicle transportation if assigned an internship in Alabama; California; Florida; Pueblo, Colorado.
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a STEM field from an accredited college or university.
• Plans to be enrolled in Fall Semester 2027.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing flight hardware and data for launches and future missions.
• Perform causal analysis for non-conformances.
• Engage in data analysis and projects to improve analysis methodologies and tooling.
• Internships may require travel to suppliers and shadowing of engineers.
