Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Director of Technical Program Management to lead a flagship space-based radar program, overseeing radar payload, spacecraft integration, ground systems, and mission operations. You will drive end-to-end execution and manage executive-level customer relationships across hardware, software, and operations teams.

You will establish scalable program management practices, translate mission needs into concrete plans, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while exceeding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an Engineering discipline (e.g., Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, Systems Engineering)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for technical and executive audiences
• Experience deploying/integrating sophisticated hardware and software for national security space systems
• Experience building and leading cross-functional teams
• Experience serving DoD/IC customers and interfacing with government stakeholders
• Adaptive, proactive, and comfortable with limited-resource environments
• Travel up to multiple times per quarter as program needs
• Active U.S. Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance

Responsibilities

• Own program execution including schedule, budget, risk management, and delivery across all phases from development through launch and on-orbit operations
• Serve as primary technical and programmatic interface with government customer at executive level
• Drive technical decisions across radar architecture, algorithms, antenna development, spacecraft integration, and ground systems
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across radar engineering, software, spacecraft, mission operations, and production teams
• Build and lead a high-performing program management team with scalable processes
• Translate customer mission needs into engineering requirements and program plans
• Lead systems engineering processes including requirements management, interface control, V&V, and risk mitigation
