Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Space RADAR Payload I&T SME to guide, validate, and improve AI&T processes for a high-rate space RADAR production program in Linthicum, MD. This on-site role requires strong technical leadership and the ability to explain complex concepts to program management.

Responsibilities include monitoring AI&T, tracking test anomalies, and mentoring team members to foster continuous improvement, with eligibility for TS/SCI clearance and potential hybrid work

Qualifications

• BS in STEM with 14 years of experience, or MS with 12 years, or PhD with 9 years.
• Experience planning, executing, and analyzing integration and test campaigns for RADAR systems.
• Experience integrating embedded firmware, flight software, and hardware to realize radar system operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot AI&T issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Track progress and provide updates to management and stakeholders regarding test anomalies and failures.
• Train, mentor, and guide team members to foster continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
