Job summary

STI-TEC in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Program Manager to provide comprehensive support for space acquisitions, engineering, operations, and technical guidance across the acquisition life cycle. You will advise the Government on cost, schedule, and performance, and coordinate documentation and briefings for internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires TS clearance with SCI eligibility, a BA/BS, and 5+ years leading major defense programs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field and 5+ years in DoD acquisition life cycle planning.
• Experience leading major defense programs.
• 5+ years knowledge of Space Force systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide space acquisitions, engineering, operations, and technical advice across the acquisition life cycle.
• Advise Government on cost, schedule, and performance matters for DoD programs.
• Revise and draft JCIDS and acquisition documentation for program managers and briefings.
• Support earned value management and schedule analyses for DoD contracts.
• Identify improvements and actionable recommendations to reduce risk.
