Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Programs Director to lead the Space Payloads Operating Unit in Baltimore, MD. You will drive end-to-end program management, including cost, schedule and technical performance, while partnering with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

This leadership role requires strategic thinking, strong executive communication, and a proven ability to expand business opportunities while maintaining an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree 12+ years of program management or Master’s with 10+ years of experience.
• Profit & Loss experience with an integrated program team.
• Proposal leadership experience and senior stakeholder briefing ability.
• Experience leading Space domain programs and managing high-visibility tasks.
• Able to travel up to 25% and hold US citizenship with TS/SCI clearance.
