Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and 12+ years of experience in Aerospace and Defense.
• 10+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance at time of application.
• Strong understanding of DoD and national security space missions.
• Experience developing and executing BD plans to influence all aspects of new business capture.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end BD efforts for Mission Enabling Products (MEP).
• Develop investment strategy, partnerships, and capture support.
• Lead executive-level briefings in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive pipeline growth and secure new business awards.
• Collaborate with Space Sector, other NG sectors, and industry partners.
