Job summary

KBR is seeking a Program Scheduler SETA to support the Government customer Program Office with scheduling for multiple space programs. The role is based in Chantilly, VA and requires in-person work with a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

The candidate will develop and integrate IMS schedules, analyze schedule risk, build projections, and prepare executive-ready reports and briefings for program stakeholders. Strong MS Project skills and experience with IPTs are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with at least 10 years of experience; Master’s degree preferred.
Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Scheduling and advanced MS Project experience required.

Responsibilities

Developing and Revwing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and integrating multiple IMS’s.
Provide schedule-related support to IPTs by attending program meetings.
Provide reports to stakeholders on IMS health and schedule projections.
Support PMRs, design reviews, IBRs, SRAs, and BMRs.
Communicate findings via briefings, reports, and verbal updates.
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate activities into schedule models.
Perform program management activities: data gathering, analyses, and milestone planning.
Review contractor IMS Schedules and assess against best practice.
Develop Tier 1 schedules for Executive briefings.
