Job summary

KBR Midwest City, OK is seeking a Program Scheduler to develop and maintain schedules for multiple work packages within a program-level Integrated Master Schedule.

The role involves coordinating with a team of DoD professionals, producing weekly and monthly reports, and delivering status charts for IPT and executive briefings. Proficiency in MS Project and Office tools is required, and a Secret-level clearance may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience submitting and tracking DoD purchase and service requests.
• Familiarity with DoD programs, schedules, and procedures.
• Familiarity with DoD organizations, mods, and schedules.
• Demonstrated experience in scheduling Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Ability to obtain a Secret-level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules for multiple work packages and maintain IMS.
• Highlight resource and deadline conflicts to program management and work package managers.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports and specific charts for management presentations.
• Prepare PowerPoint briefings and high-level schedule slides for IPT and Executive briefings.
• Coordinate inputs from stakeholders and manage scheduling tools.
• Show critical paths and perform health checks on schedules.
