Job summary

QinetiQ US in Chantilly, VA is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to support the Space Development Agency's ground program. This role partners with government and industry to develop an integrated master schedule, perform CPM analyses, and manage schedule risks with attention to detail.

You will collaborate with program directors, coordinate inputs from multiple sources, and ensure on-time CDRLs. A TS/SCI clearance is required along with a strong foundation in EVM and schedule management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience building and revising Integrated Master Schedules.
• 7+ years developing integrated master schedules with Microsoft Project.
• 7+ years project management experience.
• Prior experience supporting space system or major defense acquisition programs in industry or government.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills.
• Ability to work in an extremely fast paced organization.

Responsibilities

• Support the PGP Director and Ground & Launch Cell Director.
• Retrieve, review, and consolidate ground schedules with contractors and government.
• Coordinate inputs to develop government IMS.
• Conduct CPM analyses and SRAs to identify bottlenecks.
• Maintain cognizance of internal developments for scheduling updates.
• Identify conflicts, critical paths, schedule risks; present to leadership.
• Perform configuration management and review deliverables for contract compliance.
• Work with contractor counterparts to facilitate distribution and feedback.
• Develop internal/external schedule products with high standards.
• Support program managers and cross-functional teams as needed.
• Coordinate meetings and briefings for the SDA.
