Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to develop and maintain the program's Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Microsoft Project. You will work with PMO, engineering, and partners to ensure schedule quality, baseline integrity, and alignment with government standards.

The ideal candidate will identify dependencies, critical paths, risks, and drivers; coordinate inputs across stakeholders; and provide schedule insights to support program decisions throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience; Masters and 10+ years experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of MS Project experience, preferably with a software or system engineering background.
• Experience identifying project slack, dependencies, and scheduling that complies with SOO/TPRs/CWBS/CSOW.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update the IMS in Microsoft Project with activities, milestones, deliverables, need dates, and interfaces.
• Coordinate inputs with PMO, stakeholders, partners, and Customer for IMS/IPMDAR.
• Identify, monitor, report schedule progress, critical paths, risks and issues impacting milestones.
