Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years' experience or Master's with 10+ years' experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of MS Project experience, ideally in software or systems engineering.
• Experience interfacing with program leadership, CAMs, and product owners to align schedules with SOO/TPRs/CWBS/CSOW.
• Experience establishing and monitoring milestones, events, and accomplishment criteria.
• Ability to apply data analytics to simplify technical requirements and visualize metrics.
• Familiarity with DCMA project management guidelines for schedule evaluation.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in Microsoft Project with activities, milestones, deliverables, interrelationships, and interfaces.
• Coordinate inputs across PMO, stakeholders, partners, and Customer for IMS and IPMDAR.
• Identify, monitor, analyze, and report schedule progress, drivers, and critical paths with risks and issues.
• Develop and maintain a Giver/Receiver list and coordinate dependencies across partners.
• Evaluate stakeholder plans for disconnects with IMS and drive closure plans with stakeholders.
• Integrate System Security activities, CDRLs/ADRLs, cybersecurity events, and need dates into the IMS.
• Coordinate with engineering leads to align software build plans and milestones with IMS.
• Work with MBSE team to capture IMS changes in the model-based environment.
• Elevate schedule and resource risks to leadership and PMO as needed.
• Attend PMO and Customer meetings to report IMS/IPMDAR status and recommendations.
• Support CAMs monthly inputs and IPMDAR readiness.
• Assist in customer schedule reviews and program assessments.
