Job summary

AnySignal is building the future of performant, resilient and adaptive connectivity for the space economy. The Power Electrical Engineer will own the design, manufacture, and test of power circuitry for highly integrated PCBAs used by space customers, collaborating with software, RF hardware and FPGA engineers from design to vehicle integration.

Responsibilities include designing and testing DC-DC converters, performing system trades, and defining verification tests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, or other STEM discipline.
• 3+ years of professional experience designing power circuitry.
• Proven experience doing schematic capture and layout in Altium Designer or similar.
• Experience in modeling, simulation, and testing of power electronics.
• Experience designing and debugging power converters.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze and test DC-DC power converters for space.
• Work on electrical power system and sub-system level design trades and develop requirements.
• Define and perform electrical power system verification testing and analysis.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams of hardware, software and production engineers to create new power electronics hardware.
