Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s (or equivalency) + 2 years of directly related work experience or a master’s (or equivalency) degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to project management function and review proposals.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, milestones, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate renovation, relocation, and space coordination projects.
• Assist with space data input and management across units.
• Support CAD software usage for space planning workflows.
• Perform administrative tasks for the Space Planning team.
