Insight Global is seeking a Moves and Changes Coordinator to support the Space Planning team by tracking move-related work orders, coordinating labor, and keeping the Archibus IWMS database current. The role ensures accurate occupancy data and smooth move execution across facilities.

The ideal candidate brings space planning and move management experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with Facilities, IT, Security, HR, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in space planning and move management required.

Responsibilities

• Enter, track, and close employee move-related work orders.
• Coordinate and schedule contract labor to support moves.
• Serve as point of contact for move requests and provide status updates.
• Maintain occupancy and space management database for headcount and seating.
• Assign office space per space standards.
• Support furniture standards, space guidelines, and planning docs.
• Plan moves for small- to medium-scale relocations across buildings.
• Track move schedules, dependencies, and completion statuses.
• Escalate issues to partners and propose solutions.
• Partner with Facilities, IT, Security, HR, and vendors for move execution.
• Maintain move documentation, SOPs, and reporting metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve move processes and data accuracy.
• Travel to support other local sites as needed.
