KBR, Inc. in Colorado Springs is seeking a Senior Operations Integration & TACSRT Support Lead to bridge users, simulations, training, and commercial space capabilities across AFRL DRAGON Army and Joint Commercial Operations.

The ideal candidate blends operational expertise with product ownership, training development, and mission-focused problem solving. The role emphasizes TACSRT, SDA, exercise planning, modeling and simulation integration, and mission readiness support for government

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI security clearance.
Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of related experience.
Experience supporting TACSRT, ISR, SDA, space ops, or op planning.
Experience planning, coordinating, and executing major military exercises.
Strong understanding of Joint planning processes and JELC.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
Proven ability to brief senior military and government leaders.
Experience supporting operational software tools and visualization platforms.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME for TACSRT, SDA, and commercial space integration activities.
Support JCO and operational customers with analysis, visualization, reporting, and mission execution support.
Conduct operational assessments and provide recommendations to improve mission effectiveness.
Support real-world operations, training activities, mission rehearsals, and experimentation events.
Deliver daily operational briefings and analytical products to government stakeholders and mission partners.
Analyze publicly available and government-furnished information to support mission planning.
