NS2 Mission in Chantilly, VA seeks a Software Developer to build and maintain Java applications for space mission software with a focus on astrodynamics.

You will design, develop, and deploy microservices in Docker/Kubernetes, work with MongoDB/Redis/Elasticsearch, and collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and mission experts to deliver robust SDA I&W systems. Candidates contribute across the full software lifecycle, including design, code, test, and production support.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• Strong Java development experience including Spring framework.
• Experience or academic background in astrodynamics (orbital mechanics, space object tracking, propagation).
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes; experience with MongoDB/Redis/Elasticsearch.
