NS2 Mission seeks a Senior Software Developer to design, build, and sustain enterprise web applications for national-security missions in the Arlington area. You will help deliver scalable, high-performing software across the full SDLC while collaborating with engineers, architects, and mission stakeholders.

The role requires a strong foundation in software engineering principles and modern web technologies, plus the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level software applications.
• Experience developing web-based applications and services.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and development methodologies.
• Experience working with relational databases and database design concepts.
• Experience supporting the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
