Jobicy is seeking a Mission Director in the United States to own end-to-end business within the Space Force, with a focus on Space Systems Command (SSC). You will build trusted relationships with Mission Heroes, shape solutions using Defense Unicorns products, and lead opportunities from discovery through contract award.

This role requires broad ownership and will involve leading through program managers as the portfolio expands, with travel of 25–40% to customer locations.

Competenze

• Experience within the Space Force or a closely related defense environment.
• Strong understanding of culture, mission, stakeholders, and terminology in the domain.
• Experience in government program management, acquisition, contracting, business development, or defense leadership.
• Familiarity with federal acquisition, contract vehicles, strategies, and negotiations.
• Ability to drive revenue-generating activities and own outcomes.
