Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Program Manager to lead high-volume, security-intensive manufacturing programs within the Counter Intrusion line. You will coordinate engineering, supply chain, operations, quality, and leadership to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.

The role emphasizes strategic problem solving, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration to scale prototypes into full production while aligning with defense objectives and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations program management, preferably in defense, aerospace, or complex hardware industries.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and production workflows.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, TPS, Six Sigma, etc.)
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Gantt charts.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Problem Solving: act as internal strike team leader to resolve complex ops issues.
• Budget & Cost Control: monitor budgets and progress toward production readiness.
• Stakeholder Communication: provide regular updates to teams and leadership.
• Resource Management: allocate materials, labor and equipment for readiness.
• Risk Management: identify and mitigate risks affecting timelines.
• Cross Functional Collaboration: coordinate across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and leadership.
