Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Program Manager to lead high-volume, security-intensive manufacturing initiatives. You will collaborate across engineering, supply chain, operations, finance, and leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of production programs.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, process development, and design for manufacturability to scale production while controlling costs. A 3-month Santa Ana, CA training period precedes a move to Ashville, OH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations program management or related roles in hardware.
• Strong understanding of the manufacturing environment and supporting processes.
• Experience launching new products with condensed timelines.
• Experience with Agile, Lean, Six Sigma and tools like Jira/Confluence.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to influence cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Strategic problem solving to identify and resolve complex operational and manufacturing issues.
• Process optimization to improve production efficiency, scalability, and cost.
• Budget and cost control to improve bottom line.
• Data-driven operations with KPIs, OKRs, and status reporting.
• NPI coordination as production's point of contact for changes.
• Cross-functional initiative management aligning production with engineering, supply chain, and finance.
