Job summary

You will supervise non-exempt staff, coordinate recruitment and training, and ensure timely completion of critical schedules while supporting process improvements.

The role requires experience in quality, production, engineering, or manufacturing environments, with capabilities in documentation, and the ability to obtain a Secret security

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in manufacturing or quality environments.
• Familiarity with manufacturing and/or quality processes and documentation.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Secret security clearance.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple functional areas of manufacturing and coordinates subordinate recruitment, selection and training.
• Supervises non-exempt employees, assigns tasks and monitors workflow to meet schedules.
