Job summary

You will drive adoption of automation, robotics, and CAD/CAM software to improve efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related STEM field.
• Knowledge of manufacturing/production principals.
• Ability to understand engineering drawings.
• Willingness to work a 4x10 schedule Thu-Sun.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes and production layouts.
• Drive adoption of automation, robotics, and CAD/CAM software to boost efficiency.
• Create and analyze 3D model data to optimize processes and digital work instructions.
• Leverage factory data to develop statistical process control approaches and data analytics for continuous improvement.
• Provide input to product design to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.
