Qualifications

• Experience on a production program, on the floor or in a program-support role.
• Manufacturing leadership experience in supervision, planning, or quality roles.
• Program/Project Management and CAM experience.
• Technical experience in low-rate manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects.
• Plans and formulates engineering programs; reviews designs for compliance with standards.
• Coordinates activities related to technical developments, scheduling and problem resolution.
• Establishes key programmatic processes to support low-rate manufacturing programs.
