Job summary

I2X Technologies seeks an Integrated Program Planner to support a Federal Government client in Merritt Island, Florida. The role is on-site and focuses on developing and maintaining detailed, resource-loaded schedules for AIT&L using Microsoft Project, with emphasis on NDIA practices and traceability to IMS.

The candidate will coordinate regular schedule status meetings, model risk scenarios, produce weekly health metrics, and document lessons learned to enable reuse in future builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of program planning experience.
• 5+ years experience with Microsoft Project.
• Experience with NDIA best practices.
• Work on site at Kennedy Space Center.

Responsibilities

• Develop, create, and maintain detailed resource-loaded AIT&L schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Create 'what if' and risk models within schedules.
• Maintain the daily, weekly, monthly process of keeping the schedule current with logic, date, % Complete, and % Work Complete.
• Apply NDIA best practices and maintain vertical traceability to the IMS from a baseline and forecast perspective.
• Support daily, weekly, monthly schedule status meetings.
• Coordinate schedule merge meetings and ensure vertical traceability to the IMS; support IPT, CAMS, AIT&L, and Program Planning with QBD data.
• Produce health metrics (Resource usage, late starts/finishes, forecast accuracy) on a weekly basis from all schedule products.
• Document lessons learned and enable reuse for future supplemental schedules.
