Job summary

Aegis Aerospace seeks an Integrated Program Planner to support the ORION Program at Kennedy Space Center. This on-site role will develop and maintain resource-loaded AIT&L schedules in Microsoft Project to support the IMS and program operations plans.

Responsibilities include what-if scenarios, weekly updates, schedule health metrics, and cross-functional coordination. Requires 5+ years in integrated planning, US citizenship or green card, and MS Project proficiency.

Qualifications

• US citizenship or Green Card required.
• 5+ years of integrated program planning experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project.
• Experience maintaining schedule logic and percent complete.
• Familiarity with NDIA scheduling best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, create, and maintain resource-loaded AIT&L schedules in MS Project.
• Plan and track daily tasking aligned with program IMS and operations plans.
• Create what-if scenarios and risk mitigation models.
• Maintain schedule logic, dates, percent complete, and percent work complete.
• Participate in schedule review meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Provide data support to IPTs, CAMs, and program planning teams.
• Produce weekly health metrics across schedules and forecast accuracy.
• Document lessons learned for reuse on future builds.
