Job summary

Aegis Aerospace is seeking an Integrated Program Planner to support the ORION Program at Kennedy Space Center. This on-site role will develop and maintain detailed, resource-loaded AIT&L schedules in Microsoft Project, aligned with the Integrated Master Schedule and program operations plans.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in integrated program planning, experience with NDIA scheduling practices, what-if analyses, and coordinating updates with cross-functional teams to ensure vertical

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder.
• 5+ years of integrated program planning experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain resource-loaded schedules in Microsoft Project.
• Experience maintaining schedule logic, dates, status, and percent complete.
• Experience analyzing schedule performance and producing health metrics.
• Experience integrating schedules with an IMS and maintaining vertical traceability.
• Experience developing what-if scenarios and risk mitigation models.
• Experience coordinating schedule updates with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of NDIA scheduling best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, create, and maintain detailed, resource-loaded AIT&L schedules in Microsoft Project.
• Plan and track daily tasking in alignment with program IMS and operations plans.
• Create what-if scenarios and risk mitigation models as required.
• Maintain schedule logic, dates, and percent complete with regular updates.
• Maintain vertical traceability between baselines, forecasts, and the IMS.
• Participate in schedule status meetings and cross-functional reviews.
• Provide QBD support to IPTs, CAMs, AIT&L, and Program Planning.
• Produce weekly health metrics including resource usage and forecast accuracy.
• Document lessons learned for reuse on subsequent builds.
