Job summary

Aegis Aerospace seeks an experienced Integrated Program Planner to support the ORION Program at Kennedy Space Center. This on-site role develops and maintains resource-loaded AIT&L schedules in Microsoft Project to support the IMS and program operations plans.

Responsibilities include creating What-If analyses, tracking progress, and ensuring vertical traceability to the IMS. Strong NDIA scheduling practice knowledge and cross-functional coordination are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of integrated program planning experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience developing resource-loaded schedules in MS Project.
• Experience analyzing schedule performance and forecast accuracy.
• Experience integrating supplemental schedules with an IMS and maintaining traceability.
• Experience coordinating schedule updates with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed, resource-loaded AIT&L schedules in MS Project.
• Plan and track daily tasking aligned with IMS and program plans.
• Create what-if scenarios and risk mitigation models.
• Maintain schedule logic, dates, percent complete, and forecasts.
• Provide QBD support to IPTs, CAMs, AIT&L, and Program Planning.
• Produce weekly schedule health metrics and trends.
• Document lessons learned for reuse on future builds.
