Job summary

Rocket Lab Corporation in Middle River, MD seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Intern for Summer 2027 to support the manufacturing stages for Neutron. Join a hands-on team building rockets and subsystems at a state-of-the-art facility in Maryland.

Eligible candidates will be enrolled in an engineering, physics, or math bachelor’s program, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher and at least one semester remaining after the internship.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in an engineering, physics or math discipline with at least one semester remaining post internship.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• 3+ months of applied engineering experience (internship, lab, or project work)

Responsibilities

• Work with mentors and department to apply knowledge and grow technically and professionally.
• Apply engineering concepts to real challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Attend frequent 1:1s with mentors and supervisors for progress updates.
• Participate in tech talks and networking events with interns and staff.
