Job summary

nLogic is seeking an experienced Software Delivery Lead to coordinate software delivery and operational acceptance for SSC programs. You will work closely with Agile teams, OA authorities, cyber, and mission operators to ensure releases are aligned, executable, and synchronized across the program.

The role balances multiple environments and deployment constraints while driving continuous improvement in delivery throughput and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Current in-scope Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, or related field.
• 8+ years delivering software within DoD environments.
• Experience coordinating software releases and operational deployments across multiple organizations.
• Strong OA process knowledge and mission assurance activities.
• Experience with operational stakeholders such as CFC, SpOC, SSC.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative delivery environments.
• Proficient with Jira for delivery tracking and coordination.
• Experience developing schedules, readiness dashboards, and status reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent oral and written communication across government and contractor teams.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Leadership: coordinate software delivery across development, cyber, operations, infrastructure, integration, and DevSecOps teams.
• OA Coordination: interface for operational acceptance with CFC, OA reps, mission operators, and stakeholders.
• Agile Delivery Execution: track delivery readiness, dependencies, blockers, and release timelines.
• Multi-Environment Coordination: balance diverse environments and constraints to maximize throughput.
• Throughput Optimization: identify bottlenecks, synchronize dependencies, and improve coordination.
• Release Management: coordinate integration events, release synchronization, demonstrations, and production delivery.
• Stakeholder Management: align SSC, users, cyber teams, developers, integrators, and partners.
• Issue Resolution & Coordination: drive resolutions on delivery, operational, or stakeholder issues.
