Job summary

nLogic is seeking an experienced Software Delivery Lead to coordinate software delivery and OA activities for SSC’s MSEIT contract. The role interfaces with development teams, OA authorities, cyber teams, and mission operators to keep releases aligned and executable across the program.

The position emphasizes hands-on execution, operational acceptance, and continuous delivery support across diverse environments with a focus on throughput and mission readiness in a high-security DoD context.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain or currently possess a current, in-scope Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software delivery, operational integration, or related DoD environments.
• Experience coordinating software releases and operational deployments across multiple organizations.
• Strong understanding of OA processes and mission assurance activities.
• Experience with operational stakeholders such as CFC, SpOC, SSC, or related mission organizations.
• Familiarity with Agile software development and iterative delivery environments.
• Experience using Jira and related workflow tools for delivery tracking.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent oral and written communication across government, contractor, technical, and operational communities.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Leadership: coordinate software delivery activities across multiple teams to support operational releases.
• OA Coordination: interface with OA representatives and mission operators for acceptance.
• Agile Delivery Execution: track delivery readiness, dependencies, blockers, and release timelines.
• Multi-Environment Coordination: balance deployment constraints, security requirements, and timelines.
• Throughput Optimization: identify bottlenecks and synchronize dependencies.
• Release Management: coordinate events, demonstrations, and production delivery across organizations.
• Stakeholder Management: maintain alignment among SSC, users, cyber teams, developers, and partners.
• Issue Resolution & Coordination: drive resolution of delivery or operational issues.
• Delivery Tracking & Reporting: maintain schedules, dashboards, Jira workflows, and status charts.
• Cross-Team Synchronization: enable daily coordination among engineering, DevSecOps, SE&I, cyber, and ops teams.
• Agile & OA Alignment: align Agile practices with OA requirements and mission assurance.
• Delivery Workflow Improvement: identify opportunities for continuous delivery approaches.
