Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Process Flow & Control DFX Engineer to own end-to-end manufacturing process flow and control design for the TeraWave production. You will bridge production line architecture, process control systems, and volume production readiness, ensuring manufacturability, testability, reliability, and serviceability at constellation scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years in manufacturing process engineering, flow design, or production control in product development and volume production.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing process flow design for satellite modules and subsystems; optimize production line architecture and throughput.
• Own process control development including SPC, process monitoring, travelers, work instructions, MES integration, and data workflows.
• Manage process documentation, routing, capacity planning, vendor coordination, and production-line oversight.
• Drive process validation, control plan development, first-article and ramp readiness reviews to support production scale.
