Job summary

Rocket Lab seeks a Lead Inventory Coordinator to drive inbound throughput and maintain high DIFOT for Electron/Neutron programs at the Middle River, MD complex. You will oversee daily/weekly production targets, ensure accuracy of stock and orders, and coordinate kitting and logistics to guarantee timely delivery of components.

The role requires 6+ years in inventory/supply chain, ITAR/IATA/IMDG familiarity, and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Inventory / Supply Chain experience.
• HS diploma required; ITAR exposure helpful.
• Experience with ERP systems and Windows.
• Ability to work independently under general guidance from supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Open orders & Fast Track Rush Orders.
• Ensure Throughput KPI’s are met.
• Provide Daily Direction and support for Store Persons.
• Strong customer focus required for any walk ups.
• Support inwards goods as needed.
• Support outbound logistics as needed.
• Ensure on time Delivery of components and Production kits.
• Coordinate daily/weekly Kitting resource to sustain high service levels.
• Escalate any kitting related issues.
• Liaise with Production Leads and Logistics teams on parts needs.
• Maintain compliance with RL document management system and SOPs.
• Maintain stock point accuracy and safe operations.
• Follow health and safety policies and use PPE.
