Job summary

Rocket Lab USA is seeking a Lead Inventory Coordinator in Middle River, MD to optimize inventory flow, manage throughput, and ensure on-time delivery of components for Electron & Neutron programs. You will champion inbound/outbound logistics, maintain stock accuracy, and support production with timely parts while adhering to ITAR and ERP processes.

The role requires 6+ years in inventory/supply chain, ITAR knowledge, and strong IT skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Inventory / Supply Chain experience.
• High School Diploma.
• Experience with ITAR and international shipping rules.
• IATA/IMDG knowledge.
• Strong IT skills and ERP experience.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Open orders, throughput, and KPIs.
• Maintain FIFO and stock accuracy across the warehouse.
• Support inbound/outbound logistics and store operations.
• Coordinate daily/weekly kit supplies and DIFOT.
• Liaise with Production and other Rocket Lab sites for parts.
• Ensure compliance with document management systems and SOPs.
