Job summary

Rocket Lab in Middle River, MD is hiring an Inventory Coordinator II to manage receiving, inventory, counting and kitting for Electron and Neutron rockets’ components. You will maintain FIFO, accuracy, and timely delivery in support of production and shipping.

On-site, you’ll participate in daily cycle counts, uphold stock-point accuracy, and coordinate with production to maintain just-in-time fulfillment while complying with SOPs and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 1+ year of experience.
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive inwards goods on a FIFO basis and ensure SOPs for processing of inwards goods are adhered to.
• Ensure accurate and on time delivery of components and production kits in accordance with production & transfer order plans / priorities.
• Ensure supply of Kanban materials to shop floor is sustained.
• Raw material movements and replenishment.
• Receive inwards goods on a FIFO basis and ensure SOPs for processing of inwards goods are adhered to.
• Ensure accurate and on time delivery of components and production kits in accordance with production & transfer order plans / priorities.
• Ensure SOPs are followed, and stock point accuracy is maintained.
• Participate in a daily cycle counting program.
• Ensure FIFO is managed and maintained to achieve appropriate stock rotation.
• Maintain stock point accuracy and ensure LN accurately reflects actual stock movements.
• Additional duties as reasonably required
