Leidos Space Force and Air Force Division is seeking a Space Force Technical Director to lead capability validation, develop solutions, and produce initial proposal artifacts. You will drive executive discussions with mission stakeholders and support SF contract growth across multiple programs.

The role demands broad tech expertise and close alignment with customer missions, to differentiate Leidos with compelling technical offers and rapid decision support.

Qualifications

• Masters degree from an accredited institution and 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in three of the listed areas with expertise in at least one.
• Systems Engineering across the full acquisition lifecycle.

Responsabilités

• Support on-contract execution focusing on requirements decomposition and architecture review.
• Engage with customers to translate capabilities into solutions.
• Contribute to white papers, RFIs, proposals, and briefings to demonstrate thought leadership.
• Support business development and capture teams to identify and pursue opportunities.
• Assist in capture strategy through technical leadership and value propositions.
• Prepare and present solutions in customer meetings.
