Leidos is seeking a Space Force Technical Director to lead capability validation and solution development for high-priority customers in the Space Force domain. The role is primarily remote with onsite requirements across Colorado Springs, Reston, and CONUS/OCONUS locations.

The selected candidate will drive executive-level discussions, craft white papers and proposals, and guide architecture, DoW-compliant configuration management, and system integration of space operations capabilities.

Qualifications

• Requires a Masters degree in a technical or scientific field and 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience (at least 5 years) in three of: Networking, Cybersecurity, System Development, AI/ML, Data Science, Cloud Architecture, IT Operations, System Architecture.
• Extensive experience with DoW, IC or national security space programs and architecture development.
• Excellent communication skills (writing, speaking, listening).

Responsabilités

• Support on-contract execution focusing on technical solutions, engineering processes, and configuration management aligned to customer needs.
• Engage with customers to develop opportunity strategy and demonstrate Leidos capabilities.
• Collaborate on white papers, responses, proposals, and briefings to showcase thought leadership.
• Assist capture strategy and development of discriminating value propositions.
• Facilitate customer meetings and develop call plans to understand requirements and present solutions.
