Job summary

CAE USA Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager II to drive growth for Defense & Security training solutions in the US. You will identify opportunities, build customer relationships, and shape solutions with cross-functional teams across capture, program, and engineering.

You will analyze market conditions, budgets, and competition, then translate priorities into compelling business cases and action plans to guide leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, national security or related field.
• 2–3 years in business development, capture management, or defense industry.
• Ability to translate customer needs into growth strategies.
• Strong written and oral communication, stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes growth plans within assigned customer portfolios.
• Identifies, qualifies, and advances opportunities with government customers.
• Maintains customer engagement plans and pipeline updates for leadership.
• Collaborates with capture, program, engineering, and contracts teams.
