A leading aerospace company in Bastrop, TX, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects at the Starlink production facility. The role entails managing all project stages, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, while collaborating with engineers and contractors. Ideal candidates have a degree in construction management or engineering, as well as significant hands-on experience in construction management. This position does not allow remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering, plus 3+ years of experience or 7+ years without a degree.
• 2+ years in a leadership or project management role in construction.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience in the construction field.

• Oversee full lifecycle of civil, structural, and utility projects.
