Job summary

The Executive Office for Immigration Review in Falls Church, VA is seeking a Space and Facilities Analyst at the GS-13 level to oversee real property, leasing and budget processes. You will coordinate space projects, track expenses and prepare budget submissions in line with GSA and DOJ policies.

Responsibilities include developing operational and financial data, submitting RWAs to GSA, and ensuring timely completion through audits and reporting.

Qualifications

• Time-in-grade requirements: Merit promotion eligibility and Time-in-Grade considerations.
• One year at GS-12 level or equivalent required to qualify for GS-13.
• Resume must clearly demonstrate space and facility budgeting experience.
• Provide SF-50 showing Time-in-Grade eligibility if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Review reports to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Prepare and submit RWAs to the GSA.
• Support space acquisition and management per GSA/DOJ policies.
• Develop space, parking, occupancy agreements and financial records.
• Track requests and conduct audits to ensure completion.
• Develop SFMS budget submissions for facility needs including rent and RWAs.
