Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to join our Facilities team. The role entails managing corporate and government real estate matters, negotiating leases and acquisitions, and maintaining meticulous property records.

You will work with Legal and Finance to close transactions and provide market insights. The ideal candidate has a degree in real estate or related field (or substantial experience in lieu of degree) plus several years in corporate real estate,

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of corporate real estate experience, or 7+ years without a degree
• Licensed real estate agent in CA, WA, TX, and/or FL
• Real estate experience with NASA, United States Space Force, or other government agencies
• Contract management experience
• Real Estate Paralegal certificate
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency with Archibus and ArcGIS
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, work in cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Support the facilities team with corporate and government real estate matters including identifying properties, negotiating leases and acquisitions, dispositions, and related tasks
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and other departments to execute real estate transactions and ensure timely, accurate documentation
• Maintain real estate databases and files (hard copy and electronic) for documentation and correspondence
• Track and report key property portfolio details like area, location, lease provisions, expirations, and critical dates
• Gather market data to inform internal recommendations and decisions
• Correspond with landlords, property owners, neighbors, and brokers to maintain relationships and negotiate matters
• Travel up to 5-10% as required
