Qualifications

• Knowledge of real property and leasing as it relates to GSA policies and procedures.
• Experience managing space and facility project schedules to ensure on-time completion.
• Experience preparing items for the space and facility annual budget.
• Monitoring budget for fund availability for space acquisitions or renovations.
• Developing operational and financial data to establish performance metrics.
