Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation seeks a Senior Member of the Technical Staff to perform advanced space architecture design, analysis, and optimization. You will conduct deep dives, run trade studies, and deliver data-driven recommendations to program leads and government customers.

You will develop simulation tools, work across programs, and mentor technical staff while contributing to portfolio optimization and mission concept evaluation. A TS/SCI eligibility is required for many roles.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in a relevant science/engineering field.
• PhD or 4+ years of progressive experience for Sr. level.
• Experience with orbital mechanics or satellite geometry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive analyses, trade studies, and portfolio assessments for space architecture.
• Develop and enhance simulation/analysis tools and workflows.
• Present results and recommendations to technical leads and customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support multiple programs.
